I recommend that we do the free introductory session. At the end of that session, we will discuss whether you prefer individual, or group coaching. It is ideal to commit in 3 months increments for individual coaching as well as group coaching. Payment is due on the 10th of each month. At the end of each 3 month commitment we will re-evaluate.

Tele-Coaching Groups

This includes unlimited emails that must stay on track for the coaching experience. If you need to ask questions, tell your story, bounce some ideas around please email me.
Participation is limited to 10-30 people per tele-coaching group

Extra Time

Between sessions, if you need to ask questions, tell your story, bounce some ideas around, please email me or call 505/795-8245. All emails are included in your monthly fee. If a group member wants personal phone time, it is billed out at $2.00 per minute and calls need to be limited to 15-20 minutes. If a client is doing individual, one on one coaching and wants extra phone time, these are included in the monthly fee, however please keep calls limited to 10 minutes.
